• Medicare card
• Private health fund card
• Pension card, DVA card
• GP referral (if not sent in already) to allow us to process medicare claims for you
• Completed registration paperwork previously emailed to you upon appointment confirmation

What to expect

Dr Jason Huang generally runs on time however occasionally he could be called to the hospital ward for sick patients or be phoned for urgent advice by other specialists. This unfortunately could cause slight delays to your appointment. There is no need to come to your appointment earlier than scheduled.
